PRENZEL FRUIT BRANDIES
 
Initially using an 80 litre copper pot still that was smuggled out of France in the mid 1980"s, Prenzel Fruit brandies are lovingly distilled using a timeless tradition of distillation. Fruit is picked at its prime, macerated then distilled to bring you these very traditional European style "Schnaps" (Eaux-de-vie).
Translated this means "waters of life". Serve at room temperature, use as an after dinner digestive.
We are proud to have won a Gold Medal with the Pear William Brandy at Distillata, Austria in 1994.
Boxed, these 40% Alc Vol are presented in a 500ml Carafe.

Only the best hand picked fruit from around New Zealand is used to produce only small quantities of these deliciously flavored Limited Edition Fruit Liqueurs.
Each bottle has been individually numbered.
Clean on the palate, these wonderful liqueurs are best served chilled or in conjunction with other Prenzel products make wonderful cocktails. They can also be used to finish off that special meal either on the plate or to the side.

PRENZEL 14% SCHNAPPS
Using only 100% natural ingredients, these Schnapps (spelt with two 'p's, which is a generic term for a sweet alcoholic drink) are the main stay for any cocktail. Handpicked from Hugh Steadmans' property who is the founder of Prenzel Distilling, Lemon Zest (Limoncello) is a stunning, refreshing liqueur that that is just waiting to be teamed with gin or vodka or sipped surreptitiously on its own.
At 32% Alc Vol this premium liqueur is complimented by an Orangecello.
If you are a fan of flambe' or flaming cocktails, then our White (Aniseed) and Black (Liquorice) Sambucca are just the liqueur you are after. (Both the Limencello and Orangecello are gluten free).

PRENZEL BOWLE
A special release, Bowle (pronounced Bowler) was produced to help celebrate Prenzel Distilling Company's 20 years of production. It is of German origins and is a "Party in a Bottle". German tradition dictates strawberries are best used, but this punch base has no limitations as to what can be done with it. Tinned rather than fresh fruit is used to enhance the wonderful flavors. Combination experimentation with this, is the name of the game.

PRENZEL INFUSED RICE BRAN OILS
Prenzel Infused Rice Bran Oils are much lighter than an olive oil, are 100% natural, and are cholesterol, gluten and GE free. They contain Omega 3,6 and 9 and have very high levels of vitamin E, lecithin and antioxidants. Rice Bran Oil is one of the few oils than help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) without harming the good cholesterol (HDL).
Because of its very high smoke point, Rice Bran Oils are just the ticket for cooking at high temperatures, so when pan frying or barbecuing, they are ideal. But... do not forget that they can also be used in baking, breadmakers, for dipping and drizzling also. PRENZEL CABERNET SAUVIGNON & SAUVIGNON BLANC VINEGAR
Ever been close to a vinegar house? Well it blows your nostrils out of this world!!
Using an age old technique called "the Orleans method", grapes are married to a mother-of-vinegar and are left to "do their bit" in oak barrels for up to five years. 1/2 is lost to evaporation but what remains is deliciously fantastic. Fantastic enough in fact that Peta Mathais liked them so much she endorsed these two products.
Use as a base for a vinaigrette or just as a dip with a good olive oil.

PRENZEL VINCON (WINE CONCENTRATES)
Voted "2nd Best Grocery Item in the World" Vincon will become should be a staple in every ones kitchen. Rule of thumb, Red Vincon (for red meats), White Vincon (for white meats).
Vincon will save you money as only a 1/4 cup Vincon is required to every cup of normal wine used and as an added bonus you get to keep the whole bottle of wine you would have otherwise used in your cooking.

PRENZEL RICE BRAN & OLIVE OIL VINAIGRETTES
We all agree that any vinaigrette basically "makes a tired lettuce flash its knickers"!! But why stop there! Prenzel produce three vinaigrettes that make you want to have it on just about anything.
Ma Prenzel Avocado Vinaigrette is certainly a lot heavier on taste and darker in color than Prenzel Rice Bran Avocado Vinaigrette, so it is up to how how you like them on your palate. They both really make lettuce or anything except cereal or dessert strut its stuff.
Prenzel Rice Bran Citrus Vinaigrette is fantastic with chicken, fish, root vegetables, spring/summer vegetables, and great to add to mayonnaise for at extra zing.
Remember when using Prenzels' vinaigrettes, shake the bottle well before each use and do not to store in the fridge.

A sauce like no other!! Smoked Garlic Vinegar Sauce is great for the blokes and their bbq's. If you don't know what to give your man as a gift ,then you are onto a winner with this one!
But don't just stop at bbq's, the good thing about this Sauce is it is also great in soups, casseroles, marinading, sauces, stirfrys, infact you can put this over or use in anything except cereal and desserts. But once again it is all about experimentation.
